Hardware needed for 4 monitors w/a Macbook Pro 2019?

I’m looking for information on how to set up 4 monitors on a Macbook Pro 2019 15". This will be for work, as in no gaming.
Thanks.

Hi Blaine,

Thanks for reaching out to Plugable support! I’d be happy to help with that #.

We actually have a video of this kind of configuration if you want to see it in action with the MacBook Pro 16" with more details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGdvtQS0Cp8

You can accomplish this setup with two of our dual display Thunderbolt 3 graphics adapters:

You would need to connect one adapter on the left side of the MacBook Pro 15" computer, and another adapter on the right side of the computer. Please note that you cannot connect both adapters to the same side due to the design of the laptop. It also isn’t possible to drive four displays natively off the GPU of the MacBook Pro from a single connection, as each Thunderbolt 3 port supports a maximum of two displays (with a total maximum of two displays per left/right side of the system).

If you have any questions, please let us know.
