Thanks for joining our forums and for reaching out to us with this issue. If you’re using a computer with two of our UGA-165 adapters and one adapter works with the computer but the other one isn’t working then the device may have failed. Since we have your email address I’ll reach out to you by email to ask for further information and then update this post when we have more information about what the resolution for you issue is.
