I am enjoying using an adapter for my samsung galaxy tab s2 and it works perfectly, thank you!
Is there a way to give my ipad mini the same plugged in access with one or perhaps two adapters? I tried the set up that uses a switch and 2 other connectors, it worked for a short while. I am looking for something more permanent and stable.

Thank you for posting the question here.
Unfortunately, I don’t think there is any way to make iPad to connect a wired LAN.
None of our USB to Ethernet adapters work with an iPad. And as far as I know iPad/iOS doesn’t allow users to connect any kind of external USB device.
But I could be wrong - it would be a good idea to contact Apple to confirm this. They may have a genuine (Apple-made) Ethernet adapter that would work with iPad.
