getting vertical alignment across monitors

I have two extended monitors set up to the left. I want to display one spreadsheet across both monitors. The far left monitor shows the spreadsheet 3 inches lower than the monitor to it’s right. I need to have vertical alignment across monitors.!](https://sslproxy.getsatisfaction.com/sslproxy/SWhAdDNLMG5zdGFuVGlWenmLbJDGd3CABhjZermgcystANA4T6nd0pzV0fSzBRRGOd17A4b8ZLwi6-HESbXI0ob1YRaDQ7lbn7CLu85SzmdFHS1th0Rs7T8LXW80dUg0iWtdW7UPPjtx9uAgYOSZmg==.JPG)](http://s3.amazonaws.com/satisfaction-production/s3_images/430280/P1000130.JPG)

Hi Wayne,

Thanks for asking - No problem. To get most of the way there, you’ll just need to change Windows settings to configure the monitors with the same resolution.

Here’s a typical before

And after

Now, the spreadsheet should be very close to aligned.

That said, it looks like your monitors are physically also a different size - so this won’t be perfect. To really get it perfectly aligned, you’ll need to have two monitors of the same physical size, same mode, and same inherent DPI. Most easily done with two monitors of the same make & model.

Hope that helps. Again, thanks for posting!
