Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra

Hi Support team,

I recently bought the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, I am trying to connect it to the hub USB-C 6950U.

The configuration I am trying to use is the following
2X Dell Monitors 32" S3222HG
DP cables to the hub
S10 Ultra - in Dex mode

I am trying to connect the USB-C cable direct to the tablet but nothing appears on the screen. What am I missing?

USBC-6950U can work with Android devices like the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, albeit with some limitations:

• With Android devices, DisplayLink only supports up to one 1920x1080p display
• The DisplayLink app for Android must be installed in order for the device to function. You can find a link to download the DisplayLink app for Android here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.displaylink.presenter&hl=en_GB

Unfortunately due to these limitations this means that it’s not possible to connect two displays through the USBC-6950U when connected to an Android tablet like the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.
