Is there any way to make the function keys work as function keys without having to press the FN button, as a normal QWERTY keyboard would?

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Plugable public forums! To use the function key on our keyboards it would require for the Fn (Function) + Win + F1-F12 to be pressed. This keyboard is mainly designed to be used with mobile devices. It’s compact design makes this so the quick commands and media controls are shared with these function keys.
To further look into this can you let me know what the model name of your keyboard is?
Also what operating system is being used with this keyboard?
Once I have some more precise information on this I can further research and provide more guidance.
