Hi, I am using a uga 165 to connect two monitors. I put it in extend mode. Then my second screen started flickering and my first screen went black. no matter what I did the screen kept flickering and the other screen was black. I unplugged and plugged back in the usb for the uga 165 and that seemed to fix it but I want to know what I can do to prevent that problem in the future.

Thanks for posting your question here, we’d be glad to help! Have you seen this issue previously with the UGA 165 adapter? Did it only occur once or have you seen the problem re-occur randomly?
