tried to transfer files, docs, photos, favorites, desktop to new computer, I synced the files than chose send files to new computer, when it completes the old computer says 0 files transfered, ugh!!

Thank you for posting. I’m sorry there has been difficulty in getting the transfer process working, and I would like to help.
To start, could you please tell me the Windows version running on both the old computer and the new computer?
Sometimes security software can interfere with the transfer process. If you haven’t already done so, please try disabling any anti-virus / anti-malware / security software installed on each PC, then try using the transfer cable again.
