I have the Micro Bluetooth USB adapter. When I plug it into my computer, my windows 7 recognizes it and installs drivers. When I try to install software that came with USB, or download and run software from website, I get a “Failed to complete installation”. No other explanation. So I cannot pair my headphones because the generic drivers will not pair my headphones.
