Failed (new) UGA-2K-A unit - replacement requested

The new Plugable UGA-2K-A adapter that I’ve bought does not work. There is no LED illumination.

I have tried it on two other computers which already have identical adapters, but this does not work on this (or the 3rd computer for which it was intended). Therefore it is not a driver or computer set up problem.

The item seems to be faulty. Please can you send a replacement?
