I have this docking station set up on a laptop wit dual monitors. IT worked great for a couple months then all of the sudden the two monitors resolution changed 720x560 and that is the highest resolution it will go. Can i get some thoughts on what to check the monitors are Samsung C24F296FH and the laptop is a HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx.
I use this set up with a different laptop and don’t have any issues i don’t know why the display settings changed and wont go back.

This is a known issue with our MST equipped docks and laptops with discrete NVIDIA GPU’s.
This KB article should hopefully help, assuming your laptop has a discrete NVIDIA GPU.
