External Monitor connects initially and then disconnects, 4k hdmi

My HP 32" monitor will not stay connected via the HDMI connection on the plugable UD-5900. The keyboard, mouse and hard drives all seem to work fine. When I unplug the monitor and plug it directly into my windows 10 laptop, the monitor works perfectly. I would love to be able to get the docking station working with my monitor so I am hoping there is something that can help. I just received the docking station and I did upload the most current driver directly from the Plugable site.

For the benefit of anyone else following this thread, best practice in similar situations is to send one of our PlugDebug files (http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug) to support@plugable.com. This allows us to examine log files from the system to help determine the next steps.
