My ethernet port is not working on the USB 3.0 Dual 4K Docking Station I just purchased. Everything else is working fine. I searched the support page, found the below post, and took every step outlined in the post:

The lights in the back of the dock are solid green and flashing amber, but I’m still seeing “Unidentified Network / No Internet” as the error. When I hardwire in with another adaptor I do not get this error. What can I do so I don’t have to return this unit? Please help. Thanks!
