I hope I can get some assistance. I have a Macbook Pro 16 with Catalina (10.15.7), my ethernet used to work, but I mainly use wireless. Today I switched back to ethernet and Macbook not grabbing an IP address. I tried switching thunderbolt ports on my macbook, patch panel ports, switching ports on the swtich, and switched network cables as well.
All with no success.
I have two (2) of these Plugable thunderbolts and even tried the other with no success.
I am hoping someone here might be able to offer advice.
PS. I purchased both Plugables within the past two weeks from Amazon.com.
