Have the latest MacBook Pro (16 inch, 2019; macOS Catalina 10.15.2) and am using the USB-C cable that came with the dock… download speeds are atrocious via the dock (45mbps down and 10 up) vs directly connected to my Mac via usb adapter (750+mbps down and 85 up)… I pay for 1gb internet speeds and the previous dock never gave me anywhere close to these speeds.
Speaking of which, I was able to use three monitors with the previous Plugable dock (even though it wasn’t a triple monitor one), however, this one that IS designed to work with three, does not… zero idea why… switched out HDMI cables and everything and it refuses to work… connect the monitor to my PS4, zero issues
I have uninstalled/reinstalled displaylink drivers, rebooted more than once, nothing. any idea?
