Dear Plugable, 2 months ago I bought a Plugable USB 3.0 ethernet adaptor from Amazon. It ceased working after a month. I ordered a new one, which worked fine, and now that one has also ceased working after about a month. I don’t know why this is happening or what I can do about it, apart from ask for a refund? I would like to do some troubleshooting on this, and see if we can find a reason.
