Thank you for your question. The method for setting the IP device depends on the device it is attached too, but is usually the same as for any other Ethernet adapter attached to that device. For example in Windows, you can go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings, right-click the device, then double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
Android tablets don’t have this setting, but you may be able to assign a static IP in the router.
If you have another device, such as a Mac, you can Google “set static IP in OSX” and you will find instructions.
