Ethernet 2 does not have a valid ip configuration

New install. Downloaded drivers. Changed out ethernet cable. I also reset my internet connection. Same error. Help?

For the benefit of anyone else following this thread, ultimately it was determined that the problem was caused by a disconnected cable. Once the aforementioned cable was reconnected, everything is now working as expected.
