why my hp desktop showing errors of windows 7 cannot complete installation because of hardware error when it is completing the installation.

First, can you please describe the content of the error that you are receiving when you try to install the DisplayLink drivers.
Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at support@plugable.com.

Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with your setup.
