yes detects the port to the device, but does not recognize it and will not let me create links whit the other drivers for the actualitation WINDOWS 10

Thank you for posting your question. I’m sorry it isn’t working for you.
The driver should be automatically installed when you plug it into Windows 10, as long as you have an internet connection. However, if you would like to try installing the driver manually, you can download it here:

Log in a with user: guest and password: guest
and download the following:
PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1.12.0.zip Driver.

I’ve tried this download, but still have the same mistake as I have supported various forums, and I have not gotten a result.
I re-download the same username and password that you provided me but I had no result, we now had to return me to take care Windows7 that work.
