Enquire about the host port of TBT4-HUB3C

Can I connect my host PC to the back three port and let the hub works properly？
May I use ANY ONE of the four type-c ports as the host connect?
Pls ignore the power supply of the ports.I have independent power supply for each device connected.

In regard to the Plugable TBT4-HUB3C hub → https://plugable.com/products/tbt4-hub3c

The TBT4-HUB3C has one Thunderbolt 4 host port located on the front of the unit. The host computer must be connected to the single Thunderbolt 4 host port located on the front of the unit in order for the hub to work properly.

The three ‘downstream’ Thunderbolt ports on the back of the unit are for connecting peripheral devices only. The host computer cannot be connected to the three ‘downstream’ Thunderbolt ports on the back of the unit.
