email trouble

why can I receive email through Outlook Express, but cannot send any emails using the USB 2.0 ETHERNET ADAPTER?

  1. What type of computer and Operating System are you using?

  2. If you restart Outlook Express with the USB2.0 Ethernet adapter connected, does it change the behavior?

  3. Have you been able to send email from this computer with another interface, ie: wireless? If so, can you try again to verify that something in the setting didn’t get messed up?
