Electric shocks from usb hubs

hello,

i am experiencing static electricity connecting my Plugable 10-Port USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Hub with 48W with 2 Plugable USB 3.0 to DisplayPort 4K Graphics Adapter with my two HP 27 inch monitors with my HP laptops but it does not using my hdmi cord directly with my laptop
what i mean by static electricity is expenreincing minor electric shoks once in a while touching my workstation (hub, adapter, monitor and laptop

please what can i do?
