Duplicate (or Mirrored) Display not working

Extended display works fine, Mirrored display not working.
I have updated drivers, shut down & restart w/ same problem.
Windows+P Duplicate shuts down the second monitor.

Hello,

Thanks for working with us on this issue, I did want to update this post to show what we found the cause of the issue to be.

We found that the customer’s computer was using a driver for the system’s internal graphics adapter that is not Window 10 native and does not support the WDDM 2.0 standard so it does not support using monitors in duplicate or clone mode. After installing the Windows 10 Anniversary Update computers that do not have a Window 10 native graphics driver for their internal graphics adapter will be unable to have their monitors duplicate the contents of another screen.

We have a post on our website with more information about this issue here: https://plugable.com/2016/08/01/windows-10-anniversary-update-and-plugable-docking-stations-and-usb-video-adapters

DisplayLink also has details on their site here: https://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/938634-no-option-to-duplicate-monitors-on-windows-10-anni

Thanks!
