Duplicate mode doesn't work!

Hi, I am unable to “Duplicate” my Windows 8.1 laptop to the second monitor or screen. This always runs on Extend mode by default and if I select the “Duplicate” mode the second monitor blanks out. Please help.

First, what Plugable product are you using.

Second, what is the exact setup that you are using with the device. What monitors connected where, how many monitors, what are the make/model of the monitors?

Third, can you please run our log gathering tool Plugdebug. Simply go to this site, follow the prompts there, and send the resulting .zip file to support@plugable.com.
