Dual vga support

Hello, I have a Samsung Notebook 9 pen with USB-C and two old VGA monitors. I’m new to docking, and was wondering what the best route to connecting up the two displays would be?
–thanks, Chris

Hi Chris, thanks for posting and for your interest in our products. The best solution we can advise from our product line would be our UD-ULTCDL ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FKTZLBS/ ) if you’d like to connect the two monitors via the USB-C port on the system (and charge the laptop’s battery at the same time). We don’t have the Samsung Notebook 9 Pen in our labs for testing, however, so we cannot grantee compatibility specifically.

The two monitors would then need to use adapters in order to connect them to the dock. One could be connected with the DVI to VGA passive adapter that is included in the package and the other could be connected using an HDMI to VGA cable or adapter like ours here –> https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00H4J5B9U/.

Please be aware that our dock requires DisplayLink software to be installed. DisplayLink (the manufacturer of the chipset within our graphics adapters and author of the software) has developed a compatibility check tool here –> http://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/544297-is-my-windows-computer-compatible-with-displaylink to help determine if your system is compatible with the required software.

Thank you,

David W.
