Trying to connect two monitors. Right now it is only working with one. Both Monitors are Thunderbolt4/USBC connections
Hello there,
Thank you for contacting Plugable support forums. I’d be happy to help you with your inquiry.
Unfortunately, this is expected behavior with this dock. This is because the M1/M2/M3 baseline and “Pro” chips are limited to one external display via Thunderbolt port. As this dock is a Thunderbolt-based dock, the limitation still applies. Any additional displays connected to the dock may be mirrored or not show at all. We try to make note of this on our product listings and webpages.
We do have software-enabled docks that will allow for 2-4 external displays on M1/M2/M3 systems-- with the lid open. If you’d like to know more, feel free to let me know.
Sincerely,
Mychal

Im interested.
Hello there,
I’d be happy to help offer a recommendation.
To start, I’d like to ask a few questions about your setup:
- Can you provide the brand and model of the display(s) you will be using? Example: HP 24mh or Dell U2415
Note: Our docking stations are typically limited to 60Hz refresh rate, and are not recommended for graphic intensive applications such as video editing, CAD, gaming, and similar
This information will allow me to make an informed recommendation. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
Sincerely,
Mychal
