Dual Monitor not working - UD3000

My new UD 3000 external display stopped working. The monitor is no longer detected. The monitor worked yesterday. I tried re-running the display link .exe install file, but no luck. What should I do?

Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at support@plugable.com.

Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with your setup.
