Does X201 work with Plugable USB 3.0 to HDMI 4K Adapter

I have a ThinkPad x201, want to extend another monitor, does Plugable USB 3.0 to HDMI 4K Adapter work on my laptop? Since it has no Graphic display card inside

Our 4K HDMI adapter depends heavily on both the CPU and internal graphics adapter of a system in order to function. Looking at the specifications of your system here -> http://www.lenovo.com/shop/americas/c… while your laptop does in fact have an internal graphics adapter (an Intel HD graphics adapter built-in to the processor) we would not recommend our 4K adapter due to your systems lack of any USB 3.0 ports and the age of the processor.
