Does this Adapter support Low Energy Peripheral mode?

Trying to use it with Microsoft “Your Phone” app for screen sharing

Requirements as per below requireLow “Energy Peripheral mode”

Unfortunately the Plugable Bluetooth adapter does not support Bluetooth Low Energy Peripheral Mode. I’m not aware of any USB Bluetooth adapters that do, this mode seems to be primarily available to built-in Bluetooth radios on devices.
