Does plugable dual 4k monitor docking station has a graphics card ? what type ?

Hi There,

I have ordered plugable dual 4k monitor docking station a few days ago. When I connect dual 4k monitors I have some trouble with playing back full screen videos. the frame rate is low and video play back speed is low. I have a nvidia GTX 950 card.

Does plugable dual 4k monitor docking station has a graphics card ? what type ?
any suggestions for improving video play back with 2 4k monitors (dell P2715Q) connected

Hello, thanks for posting! We have also received a direct support email ticket from you and we have worked with you directly. We’ll want to keep all communication to that email thread to keep things in one place.

To be transparent, we do mention on the Amazon Product listing that our UD-6950 dock is only recommended for office/productivity application use as video streaming can be problematic over USB graphics and 4K resolutions.

Our dock is equipped with a DL-6950 chip and it is not the same as a traditional graphics card solution, like your GTX 950 and cannot offer the same performance.
