Thanks for contacting us! We’re sorry to hear that the data transfer didn’t work as expected.

If you used the “Sync Files” option, normally the program will transfer the data from one C Drive on your computer to the another C Drive on the other PC in the same file location as it was originally located.

The “Transfer Data to New Computer” option functions similarly to the “Sync Files” option, but it only transfer data from the old computer to the new one without syncing files on the old computer.

Using the “Drag and Drop Files” feature lets you manually choose exactly which files to transfer and where, which we recommend if you aren’t able to locate those files from your initial transfer.
