Docking Station keeps disconnecting and Reconnecting

Hey, I’m having an issue with my docking station that was purchased in March 2024. The issue is that it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 30 seconds or so. I have a 16-inch M3 Macbook Pro, this disconnecting issue doesn’t happen if I keep my laptop charging with another charger or if it’s above 80% battery I currently have the lastest version of displaylink 1.11.0 installed. I believe the 100W built-in charger can’t keep up when the Macbook has a low battery. I am using the provided USB-C cable that came with the product. I have seen others in this forum with similar issues, is there a solution or fix for this?

Can you please send an email to our direct support email address (support@plugable.com) with “For ticket # 454689” in the subject line? In the email, please include the following information:

  1. The Amazon/Walmart/Newegg/eBay Order ID number for your docking station purchase. If it’s from Amazon you can find this at www.amazon.com/orders
  2. While the docking station is connected to your Mac (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug: https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

This information will help us to determine what could be causing this and what we may be able to do to fix it.
