Dock seems to have failed overnight. Charging my Mac but nothing else

Hi all,

Came down this morning to find none of my displays or peripherals were working.

The dock has power and when I connect the Thunderbolt cable the Mac makes the charging sound. But other than that, no HDMI, DisplayPort, Ethernet, or USB is working at all.

I have tried all four Thunderbolt ports. I have tried rebooting my Mac. I have tried resetting the SMC and NVRAM on the Mac.

I purchased this dock in 2020. Never had an issue until today. Are these devices prone to fail like this? Can they be repaired?

Is there any diagnostic I can do? Any firmware updates that can be done?
