I have a docking station connected to my Mac that disconnects and reconnects every so often (between every 30 seconds or several minutes). It makes the device unusable as I can’t do my work while it’s disconnecting and reconnecting my monitors/mouse/keyboard/network.

Based on your description of the behaviour, our next step is to get some additional information.
Can you please send an email to our direct support email address (support@plugable.com) with “For ticket # 448199” in the subject line? In the email, please include the following information:
- The Amazon/Walmart/Newegg/eBay Order ID number for your docking station purchase. If it’s from Amazon you can find this at www.amazon.com/orders
- While the docking station and all displays are connected (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug: https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
This information will help us to determine the next steps.
