My Plugable dock has started to flash a blue light and is not working; it was working fine up until now. Can anybody advise a solution

To resolve this issue you have to check all connections, power cycle the dock by unplugging it for a minute, and check for any available firmware updates on Plugable’s website. If the problem persists, contacting Plugable’s support for further assistance would be the next best step.
