I have hooked up my docking station. I have windows 10. I see that you included a CD, “Windows Drivers for Display Link USB Graphics Adapter and Docks” My laptop does not have a disc drive, Do I need to download any software?

I have already replied to your direct email to support@plugable.com, but for the benefit of anyone else following this thread I have repeated the salient point below:
“After your purchase of the dock via Amazon, you should have a received a ‘Thank you’ email from us along with a link to download the latest driver for the unit. Assuming that email did not reach you, the direct link to download the latest driver we recommend is here -> https://s3.amazonaws.com/plugable/bin…”
