Displays went black after a power outage and dont turn on anymore

After a power outage all of my three display adapters went off, all three screens are black, I tried reinstalling the software and did not work, i switched them from different USB ports and still nothing, I am running Windows 8

We worked with Max via our email ticketing system on this issue. A clean installation of the drivers seemed to get things working again.

For the benefit of others who may encounter this thread while researching an issue, the clean-installation steps are as follows:

-Disconnect the dock/USB adapters from the computer

-Uninstall DisplayLink Core software from Control Panel->Programs. Don’t worry if this fails, just move onto the next step.

-Download and run the DisplayLink cleaner tool, found here:
http://displaylink.com/techsupport_fi…

-Once the Cleaner has been run, reboot (even if not prompted to)

-Now download and run the latest DisplayLink software, found here:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/do…

-Reboot, even if not prompted to

-Once you’re back in Windows, reattach the dock and let it install and update the firmware which should happen automatically.
