DisplayPort Not Working on Mac second monitor

Hello,

I have a TBT3-UDV docking station, a mac and two monitors. I recently bought smaller monitors, the USB-C Thunderbolt port works great but the displayport does not work at all. I tried switching the monitors’ ports and the monitors and all cables clearly work.

Based on your description of the behavior, our next step is to get some additional information.

Can you please send an email to our direct support email address → support@plugable.com with ‘For ticket #- 427111’ in the subject line that contains the following information?:

1. The Amazon Order ID number for your TBT3-UDV purchase

That information is typically available here → https://amazon.com/orders

2. The brand and specific model of each of the two monitors you are connecting to the TBT3-UDV.

For example, ‘Dell U2415’ or ‘HP 24es’.

If you are unsure which specific models you are using, that information is typically printed on the back of the monitor.

3. While the TBT3-UDV is connected to your Mac and both monitors are connected to the TBT3-UDV (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

That information will help us to determine the next steps.
