Displaylink 4k plug/display not showing 2nd monitor

Hi!

I purchased a new laptop and when I plugged it into my docking station, The second screen is not registering at all. I tried to-

-download the drivers from the pluggable website.

-restart the computer

- switch the HDMI plugs at the doxking statio between screen one and two and I found that usb two is not showing up. It’s not screen-specific, it’s USB-port specific, if that makes sense.

No matter these steps, when I go to the display settings, it just does not see the second screen.

I have a lenovo ThinkPad 16v gen2.

When I submitted this ticket, a bot answered me and sent some automated directions. I followed the directions, swapping the cords, uninstalling display link, reinstalling, running the cleaner, etc. Now my docking station doesn’t read my mouse or the 2 hard drives I have on there, and it still doesn’t read the second screen :frowning: So it has, in effect, made things much worse. I sent the debug script as a zipped file. Really hopeful someone reading this has a solution. Thanks so much to anyone w/ experience in this!
