please I bought the UD-3900 via my aunt who lives in the UK, I live here in Africa, …
thing is, i followed the instructions from the manual, dowloaded the driver (DisplayLink+USB+Graphics+Software+for+Windows+9.0+M1.exe) from your web page (https://plugable.com/drivers/displaylink/
– ) After installing the DisplayLink driver…i reset my computer…then I plugged my HDMI to my USB plugable device and connected the USB plugable to my pc…monitor refused to come on…
please help me sort this out… I honestly waited a long time to get this…thought it would be simple to set up… I don’t want to be heartbroken, really need this for my work…
