Display link USB2.0 adapter UGA-2K-A is not working after six months

Display link USB2.0 adapter UGA-2K-A stopped working. Got the message “No device on Display link Graphics adapter” in list of diplays in display panel. Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, now there is no display listed for diplay link adapter. Driver version is 5.6.31854.0 ; There is no green light blinking in the adpater.

Unplugged and plugged the USB and DVi cable back,

Any help is appreciated
