The monitor is constantly fuzzing out. I assusme this has something to do with re-display properties. I have a Dell Inspiron N5110 connected thru plugable ro a Dell AS501 monitor. Tried lowereing the resolution on the display properties with no change. Very annoying - can you give me a fix. Not sure which model I have it just says Plugable USB 2.0 Docking Station

First, some background to understand what’s happening: When you see fuzziness, is it only for a short moment when something on the screen is changing (for example, when scrolling through a web page), or is it a fuzziness that stays around for seconds or minutes, even when nothing is changing?
