Died Plugable

I purchased the Plugable USB 2.0 Universal Docking Station on Aug. 24, 2010 through Amazon. It is registered with your company. It has stopped working, with no light, and all connected devices are not recognized by the device. I don’t see a reference to a “reboot” button in the instructions, so since it’s in the 1 yr warranty, I suspect I have to return it to either Amazon or have your company replace it. You should have me registered as I did so. Probably used my email of gerald4822@gmail.comName is Gerald Sweitzer in Easley S.C. Can you guide me in what to do next?
