did not detect another display win 10 pro

My plugable USB3-3900DHE only duplicates my screen, it will not allow me to add another display. I am on a USB3 plug and using HDMI to connect. I have updated my drivers after uninstalling the ones on my PC.
My computer is a lenovo Thinkpad Yoga.

Based on your description of the behavior, our first step is to get some additional information from your system.

If you would, please keep the dock connected and both monitors attached ( or if only one monitor, please connect to the HDMI output ) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug ( http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug ) as this will allow us to examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.

Please send an email to support@plugable.com with the PlugDebug log file attached. Use the subject line “Ticket #225486 - Attention Pat” to make sure it makes it to me.
