Device does not function, will not power on etc.

I emailed tech support “support@plugable.com” about a USB HUB that has completely stopped working yesterday and so far no reply please assist.

Thanks for posting here! I’d replied to your email (from faust24@me.com) asking for the serial number of the hub and the address confirmation in order to process the replacement.
