Determine if port is bad

I have a UD-3900
All of the sudden, one of monitors is not connecting to USB Pluggable Docking Station.
Have Lenovo Ryzen 7 laptop with Windows 11.
Connected HDMI cable directly to laptop and it worked.
When I connect same cable to HDMI port on Docking Station, there is no signal.
Please advise how to determine if port is faulty.
