Dell XPS 13 WiFi keeps dropping

I have a dell XPS 13 and whenever I plug into the plugable usb 3.0 docking station, the WiFi becomes intermittent causing me to have to constantly re-connect.

I have moved my docking station further away as I read a post regarding interference, I have also used a usb slot on the opposite side of my laptop and still the issue persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it’s preventing me from the docking station.
