win10 dell xps-13 9360 with plugable tbt3-udc1 monitor Phillips 242B1/00 DP cable to monitor, tbolt cable (came with plugable dock) connected Dell-dock
monitor recognised at first & all working OK for a couple of hours. Then external went black & flipped a couple of times between dell & monitor. Now no monitor recognised.
All Dell updates completed.
Neither HDMI nor DP cables work
Monitor works with basic unpowered usb-c hub with hdmi output.
What’s going on? Thought I’d checked all possible compatibility issues…

Does the docking station work as expected when directly connected to the computer? (excluding the Dell Dock)
Additionally, I’d like to request some logs from your system to investigate further. Could you please keep the Plugable dock connected to your system (with the non-working displays still attached), then navigate to our PlugDebug tool (https://plugable.com/support/plugdebug) and follow the instructions there? Please email the results with the subject as “Ticket 334703.”
