Just connected a second U2412M monitor using the UGA-165 adapter but can not set it to the 1900x1200 resolution. It only allows me to set to 1900x1080.

Sorry to hear about this issue, unfortunately the UGA-165 cannot support your monitor’s resolution. We mention this on our product page: * DisplayLink DL-165 chipset, supports resolutions up to 1600×1200 or 1920×1080 (widescreen)"
We would recommend our UGA-3000 instead: https://plugable.com/products/uga-3000/ “The UGA-3000 is a single-link DVI port, which has a maximum resolution of 2048×1152/1920×1200.”
